I had my 22-year-old furnace replaced as it had reached the end of its life. My first contact was to service and inspect the original furnace. The technicians showed up and were kind and informative. They informed me of options and their thoughts on the status of the furnace. I spoke with Trent about a new furnace went through a lot of options and settled on one. The installation was scheduled for a Monday morning. I received a text reminding me the day before. The technicians (Brett and Brock) arrived right on time and informed me of their plans and got to work. The new unit was installed before lunch! They were underpromised and over-delivered!

Excellent service!! My furnace started blowing cold air in the middle of a Montana winter - not exactly a great situation! Within an hour of my initial call, they sent someone out. Within a half-hour of the technician's arrival, the issue was repaired and we were back to a toasty warm house! Highly recommended. Everyone else in town we called was going to charge us weekend rates and they were not nearly as friendly as Central was.

I have used Central Heating & Air on two separate occasions and both experiences have been great. The first was for a general service on our furnace and AC unit that was required by the home inspector before we could sell our house. They were easy to schedule with and when the service technician came he was polite and in and out in about an hour. The second time I called when we were in our new home because I couldn't get the hot water tank to work one morning. I couldn't get it fixed before I left the house so I called Central Heating & Air. They had a technician over in 30 minutes and it was fixed before my wife had to get in the shower. I was and am impressed!
